Open Positions

These are all of the positions that SRM Gaming is currently recruiting for. If the position that you are hopping to apply for is not listed here, feel free to reach out to us.
When it comes to Esports, we are always looking to recruit players for different teams. Even if the game that you play is not listed here, feel free to apply as “Other” and we will still review your application. We’re always looking to expand into other games.
As for Managers, we are pretty much always looking to bring more people onto our management team. If you apply for a position but that position happens to be full, our recruitment team will place you in another management position that they think will suit you.

Follow these requirements to ensure that your application won’t be instantly denied. Failure to follow these requirements will result in your application being instantly denied.

Tips

These are optional tips to help you succeed on your application! You do not need to follow any or all of these tips.

Content Creator
  • SRM Gaming considers a “Content Creator” to be anyone that uploads content to YouTube. If you primarily stream, apply for the Streamer position.
  • Try and have content for us to review BEFORE you submit an application. It’s really hard to judge your skills & abilities if we have nothing to review.
  • Each response should contain multiple full sentences. One word or sentence just doesn’t cut it.
  • Use as much detail as possible in your application. The more detail, the more we get to learn about you!
  • Use proper grammar and spelling. It really affects your chances of being accepted if we are unable to comprehend your application.
Designer/Editor

FAQ

Contrary to popular belief, the people that respond to DMs on our Twitter accounts are not recruiters/recruitment managers, nor the CEO of the organization. We have a separate team of communications employees from our parent company that respond to DMs on Twitter. They will be able to help you with some things, but they don’t have access to any applications. They are unable to tell you if your application has been seen, or if you were accepted/denied.

It could take a few days, or even a few weeks for your application to be fully reviewed and for you to receive a response. It depends on which position you applied for, how many applications we have in the queue, and how busy our recruitment team is. If you don’t receive a response within 10 business days, please fill out the Missing Email form at https://srm.gg/missing-email

If it has been 10 or more business days since the date that you submitted the application, please fill out the Missing Email form at https://srm.gg/missing-email

We try to get most applications processed and send emails out within 48 hours; however, sometimes this is not possible. Sometimes we just receive way too many applications to make this a reality. Our recruitment team doesn’t just read the responses you wrote, they do a comprehensive review of everything, including each one of your social media profiles.

Chances are, the staff member you are notifying doesn’t have access to our application system, or they just don’t review applications. We have seen many people @ our CEO or another high level staff member on our Discord. This actually does nothing for you as they do not review applications. We have a dedicated recruitment team that will review your application when it is your turn.

You will receive an email from someone on our recruitment team.

We have a recruitment team that looks through applications. From dedicated recruitment managers, to team managers looking to expand their teams.

Yes it is! Our website is protected with a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate meaning your data is as safe as it can be from hackers. We also don’t disclose your personal information to anyone other than our staff members who have all signed NDAs to keep your data safe!

Yes, you will receive an email even if your application has been denied. We do prioritize sending out acceptance emails, but everybody should eventually get one.

Due to the volume of applications we get, it is hard to send out emails to everyone. For that reason, we have our members of our communications team send out emails. Most days we have over 100 applications come in, so it would take a lot of time to have our recruitment team review & send emails to 100 applicants.

All of our Managers, Designers, and Editors must sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in order to join the team. The reason for that is because everyone in those roles will be dealing with confidential information that we have to protect. The confidential could include proprietary processes, UGC from our website, new & existing deals between SRM Gaming and 3rd parties, applicant details, and much more.
